The property to be sold consists of two buildings connected by an elevated breezeway with a total of 29,164±SF on a 1.4± acre (64,500±SF) lot which occupies a great deal of a city block. The building fronting on Sycamore was constructed as a 2 to 3 story stone/brick-sided church in the 1940’s, with a sanctuary which accommodates 350 people, multiple levels of classrooms and offices, and a partial basement.
